Room size felt cramped, thin walls between rooms made for uncomfortable noise levels!!! Being on a busy flight path led to occasional disturbances!!! The bathroom lacked glassware, which is basic hospitality courtesy!!!

the service was truly exceptional, making my stay at Brook Barn B&B memorable. Ian was welcoming and even offered a lift to a nearby pub. The location felt secure with gated parking. Nevertheless, the room was a bit snug for my liking.
